Since updating to Firefox 32.0, there is not a blank tab, refresh button, bookmark symbols or download arrow - what happened?

There isn't an "x" on the open tabs, allowing you to close each one manually. I use LastPass and before updating to the latest Firefox version, it appeared as a bookmark - now it is gone but you can put your cursor over it as with the download arrow and it shows that is where they are. Also the arrow allowing you to go back to the last website you were on, is missing - it is just a circle with no arrow in it. Thank you for any help on this problem.

hello, maybe that's an issue with hardware acceleration - please try updating your graphics driver, or in case this doesn't solve the issue or there is no new version available at the moment, disable hardware acceleration in the firefox menu ≡ > options > advanced > general.
