Hi, Still can't share webpage image in LikedIn - Please help --- It took a long time to figure out first how to find out in LinkedIn how to get webpage you have found through Firefox into LinkedIn -- you use Bookmarklet shown in LinkedIn explanation --- but then difficult to follow since not updated in light of new version of Firefox --- LinkedIn says drag and drop the LinkedIn Bookmarklet into Firefox toolbar but really should say right click and copy and and put into Bookmarks Star on the Firefox toolbar on the right side on Firefox - tries to sidetrack you into putting into bookmark bar but bookmark bar now integrated into Firefox tollbar -- so finally after figuring this all out thought yea! done - but when opened in Firefox the webpage wanted to share on LinkedIn it then only added to LinkedIn the text NOT the beautiful image on the top of the webpage - yikes -help please!

Sorry, I am unable to use that bookmarklet as I don't have a LinkedIn account. But in 'reading' the code in that bookmarklet i appears to be using deprecated code that won't work in newer versions of Firefox. My suggestion is to contact LinkedIn support about updating that bookmarklet.

As far as saving that bookmarklet, I had no problem dragging it unto the Bookmark Toolbar. And as you mentioned, a right-click and using "Bookmark This Link" worked, too. You may want to mention to LinkedIn support about that alternative method of saving a bookmarklet. That alternative has been available in Firefox since day one -- the right-click and save.
