Hi there,

I resign from my job and had very short time to clear my laptop from any personal data. So i uninstalled firefox thinking that all security passwords of all the accounts that i was saved and using will be automatically deleted.

My question is. Is it possible for them to recover this personal info in someway. I have read somewhere that its possible to be already saved in?

Thanks in advance

You should always run a utility to wipe the hard drive if you pass your computer to someone else otherwise it is always possible to use an undelete utility to recover data.

If you were using a Master Password in Firefox then you should be safe. If you didn't then you should be cautious and consider to change all passwords.

If you saved your passwords in your profile, and if you deleted that profile, it technically is still possible to recover using a file recovery program. This ins't 100% sure fire, but it is a possibility.
