Type about:support in the Location Bar and hit Enter. Scroll down almost to the bottom, above Graphics, where is says user.js Preferences - if it says Your profile folder contains a user.js file, which includes preferences that were not created by Firefox. -click the user.js hyperlink to open that optional file. If you see the web address for that "cobra health delete the contents of that file and then restart Firefox,

You can check the target line in the Firefox desktop shortcut (right-click: Properties) to make sure that nothing is appended after the path to the Firefox program.
