When I do a search from the search bar, I get redirected
When I do a search from the search bar, I get what appear to be genuine results. But when I click on one of the results, I get redirected to a page that offers a list of alternative search engines. This doesn't happen when I use IE, which is also installed, or my portable version of Opera. What can I do to be rid of all this?

Hey Skippurr,
That is a pretty annoying issue. I've seen it before myself. Luckily we've got you covered! You should take a look at our compiles Home page and Search Troubleshooting section. There is a lot of information in there on Search Hijacking.
Hopefully this helps!
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
