it would help if you give a bit more info windows/ mac / desktop / etc. good luck
I'm using the desktop version with Windows Vista. I restarted my computer multiple times and nothing still happens.
Check through Taskmanager if it is already running 'firefox.exe'. It happens sometimes.
It says it is, but nothing's happening. I use taskmanager to close it and try to restart it again but nothing still happens.
