I open firefox and begin using. I may be doing email, or go to Facebook, etc. With no warning, color spinning wheel pops up, spinning, non stop. Can't use firefox while this spinning continues and does not stop. So, I force quit firefox. When this finishes closing down firefox, another window opens with info in it and a big space for me to explain what was going on and click on send button to Apple Computer co. This happens every time I use FireFox, even tho I installed newer versions, currently 3.6.15. I've enJOYed FireFox for years, over all the other Browsers. Now, until this is repaired, I use Google Chrome browser that does not have the spinning wheel pop up non stop.
