I have used Firefox for years, but now it seems to be having problems with connectivity with both team meetings and zoom. Awful problems with meetings freezing or loss of connectivity.

I interviewed Friday via Zoom with no issues. Have you tried Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf
