Firefox won't start
I get this error in my console XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /usr/lib/firefox/libmozgtk.so: libwayland-client.so.0: failed to map segment from shared object Couldn't load XPCOM.

Did you ever use sync? Not sure, but maybe copying the data from your previous profile and moving it in the working profile folder may help. I think cor-el can better help with data to movement. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data

What OS? What version of Firefox? Did you try Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search104
