Account frozen
I was attempting to set up an out of office filter for the first time and testing it out and probably exceeded the limit of emails allowed within a very short time frame. Now when I try to use my email or “get messages” it says please enter password and when I try to enter it it says “sending of password for user “my email” did not succeed. Mail server responded: account is frozen. How do I unfreeze it? I tried changing the password through security settings and show passwords method as the other method is grayed out. Closed the email and restarted and it still says the account is frozen. How do I unfreeze the account?

None of this is related to Thunderbird. You'll need to talk to your email provider.
