Thunderbird is not allowing me to view any emails or add my account
I had some weird problems with Thunderbird in which it did not let me view any emails. A blank window would open with just the title of the email, the actual body was not there.
So to remedy this problem, I deleted the account from Thunderbird and tried to re-add it.
Now it is stuck at "Checking Password". You can check the attached image.
What can I do ?
I am also not able to delete the "Outgoing SMTP(Server)".

Had to create a new Profile by running
thunderbird -ProfileManager
