Hello,

Quite often, when open new page on my Android, I am getting the appearance from attachment. I am not able to close that page, by clicking on its serial number, but to close complete Firefox.

When I open Firefox again, I get one more new page. That new page is without the problem. By clicking on the serial number of that latest page, I am able to minimize all the Firefox pages, and than close the one with the problem from attachment.

If necessary, I could provide more details.

Thank you and best regards, Bratislav

Hi

I should be able to help you with this.

  1. Close all apps you have open.
  2. Open the Android settings app (typically a cogwheel icon)
  3. Select Applications
  4. Find Firefox
  5. Under storage, clear the cache (do not clear data)
  6. (Do the same for other apps if you wish)

Restart your device and this problem should be resolved.
