Can't log in - person who set up the account died, didn't leave documentation
My husband died and did not leave any documentation for several of our accounts. I have tried all the user names and passwords that I have and can not get in. I have tried to send a reset eMail, but do not have access to his eMail account and it does not recognize my eMail. I have been using this eMail address for 10+ years and changing to a new eMail address would be VERY inconvenient. I have death certificates and proof of marriage - How can I get control of the account? Get it put in my name, etc.

This problem is with FireFox - Mozilla and Thunderbird. I use a "firefox bookmark sync" and also sync my fitbit and a health insurance account and maybe other things I am not aware of. Thunderbird is the only email account I have ever used and FireFox is the only browser I have ever used. Right now I am trying to update passwords. But I can't get in. Please help me. My admin is dead and I need FireFox, Mozilla & Thunderbird account(s).

Thunderbird is an e-mail browser. It accesses your e-mail provider for you. Within Thunderbird, and Firefox is a Password Manager that contains all of your login information. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ These programs can access the Password data in Firefox and create a file that you can read.
