Hi,

I used version 53.0.2 and tried to update to Firefox 53.0.3 but did not work. Cannot go back to 53.0.2 so removed Firefox completely. Then downloaded newest version and install starts working but when almost finished I get following message:

Your download was interrupted

If I then click OK nothing happens.

I fail to understand what is wrong. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help as I am getting frustrated (do not want to use any other browser then Firefox because luckily I saved all my bookmarks).

Chosen solution

Found the solution. Turned firewall and security off and Firefox was installed without a problem.

My excuse for not thinking clearly was because I just returned from an 11 hour long-haul flight.
