Win 7 has a program called; Snipping Tool. I don't know about Win 10.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

I'm sorry i couldn't answer before, start in safe mode was the first thing i tried, anyway it wouldn't solve the issue only would be a temporary solution.

I'm not sure I understand how Flash is involved. Is the problem printing Flash embedded in a web page, or Flash loaded stand-alone in its own tab, or printing ANY web page? What happens when you try to print: no response, missing content, error message, etc.?

First of all, let me give you some context, we are an application development company based in Chile, we developed an app

written in ActionScript 2  in order to print we use PrintJob, the main issue is that we have a big client list and a lot of our users and currently using Mozilla under Windows 10  (i'm not) so we've been unable to fix this problem.

I see. Then what I was describing before was the opposite of what you want. You want the plugin to direct the printing, not Firefox.

Could you check on Adobe's forums to see whether this is a known issue with Firefox 49 (assuming the problem started in Firefox 49) or with the last Windows 10 update?

Are the customers having difficulties using the 64-bit version of Firefox?* That's an optional release for Windows users; the 32-bit release is still the default version. This is from the days of Firefox 43, so might not be relevant any more, but just in case:

Printjob.start() returns false on Firefox 64 bit for Windows |Adobe Community

* Here's one way to check: Have the user type about:plugins in the address bar and press Enter or Return to load that internal page. The Shockwave Flash plugin will have a different file name for 32-bit and 64-bit Firefox on Windows:

• 32-bit: NPSWF32_23_0_0_162.dll
• 64-bit: NPSWF64_23_0_0_162.dll
