Hello. I'm not sure how I managed it, but earlier this evening (1/30/16), I somehow ACCIDENTALLY uninstalled Firefox. With a little doing, a managed to download Firefox again (probably not the same version, ....not sure), but then when I accessed the internet with Firefox and typed into the search box (I use Yahoo as my search engine), nothing happens and so I can't surf the web. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO IN PLAIN AND SIMPLE ENGLISH. I am NOT a computer guru....so, I need you to be AS SPECIFIC as possible and AS CRYSTAL CLEAR AND SIMPLE as possible in your instructions. Thank you. Also, COULD YOU PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS CALL FOR HELP IMMEDIATELY, IF NOT SOONER, SO THAT I CAN GO BACK TO SURFING THE WEB. Thank you very much.
