Can I install the Firefox exe file on a usb drive and install from there onto another computer?
Old IE on win XP does no allow me to install although Mozilla still supports XP. Thanks

The full installer for that system, yes.
When downloading from the net do I get the option to save the file as I will be using a Mac for the download, do't to cause problems on that machine. Thanks
if you have the installation files of IE and Firefox you can run them even you have them stored in usb or a cd you can download ie 9 from Microsoft web site if your windows are genuine from

Yes, save the installer exe - but don't install it on the USB drive.
The full Firefox setup for Windows can be downloaded from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ and easier to find the language you want vs on the above ftp link.
Save it to usb flash drive and then transfer to other computer.

Yes yu can give installation link to usb
When I download to the Mac it shows up as 42MB file, move it to USB drive shows same. However when I open the USB device in XP it is only 4kb? Will not install.
