Is it possible to not display an active "reply to" address?

The Reply-to: is optional, in most cases. We have seen a situation where yahoo didn't work without a reply-to address.
But you can't legitimately send an email without declaring who sent it. Even spammers have to provide a From: address, but they use evil software that can insert a stolen, spoofed address.
