I can send emails fine! I cannot receive emails!! Trying to check my TB email. I get an error message "RETR command did not succeed. ERROR retrieving a message. Mail server mail. (company name).com responded! VED (qmail699126 invoked from network) 4 march 2015 16:58:30-0800. I don't know anything about email accounts. I usually just bring up my account and the emails are there. I hit "get messages" and the green status bar at the bottom right corner just stays green like it's locked up. On the left it says downloading 1 of 357.....but it never downloads them before I get the message.

No I am not using Norton. I am using VIPRE. I uninstalled Thunderbird and re-installed it. But I still have the same problem.
