Please try to clear all your cookies used on ebay.com -- it sounds like there is an issue with the site settings making this not work. We haven't seen any other reports of ebay users of Firefox 9, so I strongly doubt that the version is the issue.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I have followed all instructions but still not working. I appreciate all the help I am getting. Hopefully we can figure this out. Firefox is what I want to use.
