I found this reference to Firefox on a site that deals with many aspects of scams, in particular was looking at a discussion on the "Big Baby Being Born" video that is being posted on Facebook. The article states that by clicking on the video in Facebook it sends the user to another site where in order to run the video which is "touched up," they must click on "like," at which time the same "virus" is sent to everyone on their "friends" list and spreads the virus rapidly in a repeat manner.

You may be able to block "clickjacking" attacks using the NoScript add-on. You can read more about that here: hackademix.net » Hello ClearClick, Goodbye Clickjacking! Please note that with NoScript, you visit every new site with reduced functionality (scripts, Flash, Java blocked). You then decide whether you trust the site, enable scripts, and reload. If you tend to visit a lot of new sites, these extra steps add up, but if you are very concerned about security, you may well find the trade-off worthwhile. (Also, you see a LOT fewer ads.)

I don't know whether that has any relation to "likejacking".

Thank you so much for the info! That is what I was looking for, precisely. I bookmarked your page and will return to reference it more when I have time available. I briefly looked at it and the page would not allow me to click on "install now," so I need to dig a little deeper when able. It's just plain crazy to discover all the hidden ways people come up with to "mess with" others. If they put their time and genius into productive means, perhaps this country would be in a better economic situation?
