Firefox keeps putting in an incorrectly spelled memorized passwaord. I correct it and it just keeps switching back to the memorized one
I have a required case sensitive password for a site. I "memorized" the password in Firefox. I used a lower case letter when i first imputed the password. (pelton) When I try to correct the error with a capital P (Pelton), firefox keeps changing it back to a lower case.

Make sure that you haven't saved Uppercase and Lowercase versions of that name and password.
Remove saved Password(s):
- Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: "Saved Passwords" > "Show Passwords"
Basically, Firefox's insistence on using the capitalization it memorized -- and blasting it over the top of the capitalization I'm actually typing -- makes it so I have to use Safari sometimes (it's a long story so I deleted it below).
Firefox needs to give users the ability to not select the memorized words it forces on us when the capitalization isn't right for that field.
