When I go to "page setup" there is no option of choosing "background color." The only help I can find is for Firefox 4.0 or something other than Firefox 3.6.16.

In the knowledge base on this site, there are a couple of "+" signs in the right sidebar that let you choose your OS and version to get custom help. I think that normally is automatic, but if you are seeing the wrong info, try changing those controls.

When I choose MacOS and Fx3.5-3.6 on Printing a web page | How to | Firefox Help, I see a combined print/page setup dialog. Does that correspond with what you have?
