Just recently when I open my bank and check my accounts, the accounts will not open and a note at the top of the page says page is slowing down fire fox, to speed up browser stop the page, then it shows a stop button, I hit the stop button, my accounts still don't open. What is happening.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?


Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
