BUG ??? strange authentication problems on public administration portals with smart card
excuse me for my bad english ... italian users forum give me no answer ... now I am writing to you in Italian language (copy and paste):
... oppure come è possibile contattarli direttamente ?
Qualcuno ha esperienze precedenti in merito?
Grazie a tutti.

__________________________________________________________ Genux66 Hi, as object I notice a strange behavior, maybe a bug, in authenticating with CNS to various PA portals ...
card and certificates are in place as I use the internet explorer to access the INPS site, the Income Agency, etc.
Mozilla has a strange thing to do ... If I navigate regularly, it does not happen and my browser is planting (I'm planning to navigate because I do not do a variety of operations like opening a new card or accessing the various menus, trying to surfing on a new site nothing happens ... everything is on hold) ... example in the INPS portal the browser crashes with the "running TLS handshake at portal.inps.it ..." message type and so on, but perhaps appropriate for various causes ...
... the strange thing is that after having closed and reopened Firefox and pre-made logging into the card in advance, use the menu OPTIONS> PRIVACY & SECURITY> SAFETY DEVICES> Aruba_Ate> That> Login, (Aruba and Ate are the body Certifier and Smart Card) Firefox provides access to the various Public Administration portals (except TOSCAN for electronic health records ... but this is a problem with that specific portal).
Other users' forums, is there a dedicated section for direct support from Mozilla Firefox developers? ... or how can you contact them directly?
Does anyone have any previous experience on this?
Thank you all.

i think italian language on screenshoots is not relevant ... the question is:
why Firefox freeze on regulary browsing login , on the contrary , the preliminary login allow navigation ??? i think it's only a code problem .... how can i contact Mozilla developers ??? Thank yuo again.
preliminary login allow navigation
menu OPTIONS> PRIVACY & SECURITY> SECURITY DEVICES> and on the left column MODULES AND SECURITY DEVICES, i choose the device ARUBA_ATE> ATE> (these are my device and card) thus i have login ...!!!
normal navigation do not allow login ... login by normal navigation will cause freeze all browsing (new tab or new sites) ... browser do not crash, i have access to option and other menù ...
how can i contact Mozilla developers ???
Thank you...
