Can't change default email service
I'm want to make Thunderbird my email service. I initially downloaded it and used an AOL email address I had to "test drive" the program and look it over. I want to proceed and use one of your email addresses. I have uninstalled Thunderbird a couple of times now with a system restart each time. When I reinstall Thunderbird, it still starts and shows my AOL emails, which I don't want to use. Any help's appreciated!

Thunderbird is an e-mail program not an e-mail service. Thunderbird does not provide you with an e-mail address.
Thunderbird is a program you can install on your computer to access an e-mail address that is provided to you by your Internet Service Provider, or Gmail, AOL, Hotmail/Outlook, or hundreds of other e-mail service providers out there.
You can still use your old AOL e-mail address if you want to with Thunderbird accessing it. Or you can get a new e-mail address from any number of those
