I loaded version 31.8 to allow import from Outlook. When attempting to import from outlook I get the following error message "Unable to save your message as draft. I failed to mention that the file in the error message exists, but is empty.

That error message implies you had a 'Write' message window open in order to compose a new email.

Do you use 'Avast' anti-virus? If yes, create an exception in Anti-virus software for the file nsemail.eml in your computers temp folder.
