When updating Firefox, said it had to delete a plug-in I need. Now I cannot re-boot without deleting, correct? bad news.

I need to use LogMeIn. When updating to Firefox 5, it said that it would have to delete LogMeIn because it was not compatible. I tried to stop the update but there seemed to be no way to do that. I NEED LogMeIn. Now, I assume that I cannot shut down my coimputer and re-boot without losing the plug-in. Help.

It appears the LogMeIn add-on was just updated. I installed "LogMeIn, Inc. Remote Access Plugin version 1.0.0.664" when I used the service today,then upgraded to Firefox 5. No compatibility objection was raised. I logged on to a remote PC and all seemed to work as usual.
