When I open my ffox it always starts up with random page, even tho my Homepage is set to www.google.com and function "Show my homepage on start" is enabled. I've noticed that the random sites which appear on startup instead of google, are from some programs which I use, ex: skype (friend send me site with pic and it sometimes show this site even tho it was ~week ago), some launcher for a game (launchers have sites and sometimes they open too) in 2 words: it seems ffox opening random pages which I've opened via some program before. Also this "bug" will not happen if I open ffox which will start on random page and click on the "house" to go to homepage and Restart the program, it happens ~every 30 minutes. Thanks for your time.

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
