I am appalled that I had to create ANOTHER freaking useless account just to post feedback here. I don't want a Firefox account. I don't collect web sites. I don't want you to suggest web sites. I don't want you to save my passwords. I don't want you to autofill my fields. I don't want to store anything in the "cloud" (aka someone else's computer). I don't want to sync anything across multiple devices. I don't want my browser to access my microphone, camera, contacts, location, or anything else except the damned internet. I don't want my browser to choose ANYTHING for me. I just want it to do what I tell it to. And do it well.

I WANT TO SET MY OWN HOME PAGE. I want my browser to be able to load web sites. I want my browser to be able to play videos. I want my browser to be able to upload and download files. I want my web browser to be functional and fast. Lightweight, small footprint, mobile friendly. I don't want it to be a data repository, or a personal assistant, or a password vault, or a crutch, or a tracker, or another THING that I have to manage.

This applies to both desktop and mobile.

I want Firefox to be the lean, mean, browsing machine like it was when it first burst onto the scene.

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

I am about to dump Firefox as my browser. For years I have used it, contributed $$ and been very happy. The latest version is horrible! Awful! Lousy! My Android tablet is all but useless for anything requiring a browser. Facebook pages are cropped to the point of inaccessibility! Viewing email is ridiculous! Having to change ALL motions and figure out which back keys to use makes browsing difficult. Half the time it is necess6to start over? I will not use chrome , but am ready to quit Mozilla products over this!

Firefox for Android, and the surprise one way forced upgrade define the least transparent, most FU to loyal customers since the combined total of Google app/cloud/server/service terminations and arbitrary API changes that destroy important apps. I can no longe recommend Firefox as platform. No significant progress on forward arrows? More add-ons?

And on the 3 dot menu the relative order changing on the list was a known problem in X-windows.... Why "synched tabs" showing when I have feature turned off? Persistent Add to Home Page &: Add I to Home when never used? I see slow incrimental improvements but no where near previous feature set, tabs are not managed (gets to 10 fast). And it is getting shower already.
