Hi, I have "installed" a certificate "CERTIFICADO FNMT DE PERSONA FÍSICA" in Spain, but I can't find "Menú/Opciones/Avanzado/Certificados/Ver Certificados??
Hiya, I would appreciate help in finding the certificate I have downloaded from the FNMT website in Spain - it is to enable me to have a digital signature on the system in Spain and I have followed all their instructions - they say the certificate has been downloaded correctly. Trouble is, I can't find it! They tell me to open Firefox (it's already open), choose "Menú, Opciones, Avanzado, Certificados, Ver Certificados (Menu, Options, Advanced, Certificates, See Certificates). I cannot find where "Menú" is to start this series of choices - I've looked on Preferences and anywhere else I could to no avail. Could anyone help me, please? Many thanks, Anna

Hi Anna, try using the search box at the top of the Preferences page:
- Mac: "3-bar" menu button (or Firefox menu) > Preferences
- Windows: "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options
- Linux: "3-bar" menu button (or Edit menu) > Preferences
- Any system: type or paste about:preferences into the address bar and press Enter/Return to load it
In the search box at the top of the page, type cert and Firefox should filter the page and show the relevant parts.
Any luck?

Hi, Jscher2000! Thank you so much for trying to help me. I think I must be a bit of a techno-phobe! However, I typed "Cert" in the search box in Preferences and it came up with a whole load of certificates (none of which I know anything about - apart from the one I've just downloaded, which is there!) The only thing is, I don't know how to back this up to my pen drive. Do I just export it?? Or import?? Can I export it straight to the pen drive? Thanks! Anna
Hi, again,
Well, I have successfully exported onto my Pen Drive the three documents that were listed under the FNMT-RCM tab in Certificate Manager.
Thank you so much for your help!
Anna
