I'm tired of using chrome because of that stupid part " articles for you " which I have no option to disable. Firefox looks great but the only thing that keeps me away from it is that it doesn't have swiping down to refresh the page. It's really annoying that you have to tap on the ... and then that rounded icon for refreshing instead of a piece of cake swiping down. I'm asking Firefox to add this option as default to it's browser app but I'm wondering if there is any add on to bring me such an option?

Hi

I am not aware of an add-on that can do that, and I think it is due to the underlying code behind Firefox for Android.

If you like that function, you might want to try Firefox Focus for Android, which can do this.
