cannot find how to add an exception website
WTG is an online game. I can sign onto the website but when I start a game I have a black screen. The detail is "The connection is not secure". I need to add this specific location as an exception but I cannot find where that "add Exception" option is located.

Hmm, now that I look at it, there is an i-in-a-circle so maybe the icon would show there?
Do you have Flash enabled? You could try Adobe's test page here:

In the Address Bar beside the Padlock, click, make rules.
If you see for Flash a blackish Lego block looking thing that is for giving Flash permissions.

Note : does not all ways work out as planned.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
Hi - thanks for your prompt reply.
I am not seeing a lock at all. I have attached a screen print that may explain the problem more clearly than words alone.
Best regards, Ken Gorman

That is a Windows Explorer window and is not Firefox.
I don't understand how it can be. I am signing on using Firefox and the Mozilla icon and verbiage is listed at the top of the black window image. Please look at the image below - I trimmed off the Windows Outlook email background from the screenshot.
Thanks, Ken Gorman
The site has removed most of the main toolbar from the pop-up window. This makes it impossible to use the items that sometimes appear toward the left end of the address bar such as the plugin notification icon you use to give a site permission to run Flash. To show the full toolbar, first change this setting:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button promising to be careful or accepting the risk.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste feat and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the dom.disable_window_open_feature.toolbar preference to switch the value from false to true
The names are confusing. True means that sites are disabled from hiding the toolbar.
Then re-launch the pop-up and you should be able to use the controls at the left end of the toolbar. Note that you might also need to resize the window a bit taller because the top section will take up more space.

WELL DONE!
I assumed that Flash Player activation came over along with everything else from Microsoft Edge. I had even gone to the Win 10 Control Panelto ensure Flash was installed. Didn't realize I had to do it with Firefox....
thanks and again, well done!
