Can't find the Mozilla runtime (win8.1)
Hi, suddenly can't open Thunderbird at all. Keep getting the runtime message. I've uninstalled the program, deleted the files, emptied my recycle bin and downloaded and reinstalled several times now. Really frustrated. Anyone have any advice? I really need to get this to work! Thank you...

You do seem to assume everyone understands what you're talking about. That isn't the case.
