i am using downloader professional add on and when i download the first vid from utube it downloads and plays but then when i download other vids then it dowmloads the first vid even if its a different vid and has a different name.the name of the second vid will show but the first vid i downloaded will be there rather than the one i clicked on to download. also i noticed that my megs hv bn used.i hope mozilla will give me back my megs cos their product was deffective!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and its not the first time. HIGHLY FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!can someone tell me how to get hold of them so i can get my megs back or will this be forwarded to them?
