Is it possible to have an add on that can block entire country codes.
Too many spammers in other countries that I will never get legit email from.

You can create filters. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Filters_(Thunderbird)
So where do I get a list of country codes and do I have to filter each and every permutation of codes per country.
Might be simplest to whitelist known ("friendly") countries.
