Help me please! Firefox will NOT let me download the zynga cityville game bar. Internet explorer let me download it. What is wrong???? <email removed>

I am trying to download the zynga cityville game bar on firefox, it says firefox wont let me. I installed it on internet explorer. Why am I unable to install it on firefox? I have desktop, windows 7. Please help me. Thanks so much.

Disable you antivirus and let's see if it is being downloded

I disabled my anti-virus and firewall. This did not solve my problem. I even did a complete recovery on my computer, re-installed everything. I did get it on internet explorer, but it WILL NOT install on Firefox. Firefox tells me the download is corrupt, the intertubes are broken. Please help if you can. Thanks very much.
