I try to submit the crash report and it's not going through. I uninstall the mozilla and redownload them again a few times and still not working. I need the mozilla back. The crash report still showing after it try to submit.

Make sure that your security software isn't blocking the crash reporter from sending the error report.

Try to delete the Crash Reports folder.

You can also check these registry keys to see if SubmitCrashReport (DWORD) has value = 1

  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reporter\SubmitCrashReport: DWORD
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reporter\SubmitCrashReport: DWORD
