my firefox keeps saying not responding then it take a few seconds and it comes back sometimes i have tried everything what is the problem?
my firefox will stop responding then the screen will turn white but i can still read stuff through it then after a few seconds it comes back.

The default of the pref network.http.max-connections has been increased from 30 to 256 in Firefox 6+ versions.
Try to decrease the value of the pref network.http.max-connections from 256 to 30 as used in Firefox 3 versions.

never mind it just did it again UGHHHHH!!!! i think i am just going to go back to IE
WOW i think i just fixed it myself......i went to control panel, system and security, find and fix problems,clicked run programs made for earlier versions of windows, scroll down click mozilla firefox, then click recommended settings. i did this and it has not froze up yet!!!! i will keep you updated if it continues to work you will not hear back from me!
