That option changed its name many years ago. Your article is very outdated.
@ TyDraniu
Thanks for that. I never knew about help/troubleshoot mode. The reason I wanted to disable is because this website won't open https://www.irishtimes.com/. It flashes open for a second and then goes white. It also happens when all the add ons are disabled

Note that the last version for Windows 7 is 115.13.0, they might consider to extend support.

A little correction, the Fx 115.15.0esr out in early September will be the (planned) last update, unless Mozilla decides to extend to further updates. Supporting longer will also benefit macOS 10.12, 10.13, 10.14 users.

Not this one, it's https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-esr
OK thanks
I have now upgraded to version 115.13.0
https://www.irishtimes.com/ still won't open. It flashes open for a second and then goes white, even in troubleshooting mode
No problems here with this website in 115.13.0.
You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.
You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.
If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" (Mac: Command+Shift+R) to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.

Thanks. All I can find is security.csp. I have tried setting it to false in about:config but didn't help.
