I accidently removed an email account from Thunderbird. After re-installing, is there a way that I can recover the lost emails that I had stored in the removed account?

Solution choisie

If you did not choose to delete message data, then you can change the newly reinstalled account's settings to use the old account's message storage location. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1300205 and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1015054
