Can someone please let me know how to fix this printing issue.
Hey Guys... I have attached 2 images. 1 is a print directly from a website interface that perfectly cleans up the format of the content and prints on 1 page. The second is the same thing that has been sent to a gmail account that is being access through thunderbird. As you can see, it's not as clean, and doubles up the information, as well prints on 2 pages instead of 1.
I have been insisting this is a website issue, not a thunderbird / printer issue. but i getting push back..
Am I right? If not, is there a plugin or setting that can be changed to fix this issue?
I have gone through the page setup option, printer options (printer is a POS-80C) that is not hooked up to POS sofware, just a regular printer to computer.
Currently at a loss and not really sure what else to do..

Open Tools/Options/Advanced/General/Config. editor, right-click the preference print_printer, Reset, restart TB, and see if the Print Preview is correct. Other users have found that reinstalling the printer, especially after a major W10 update, e.g. 1903 to 1909, restores the correct printing in TB.

No go on that.. suggestion. Here is the images. Any other suggestions? personally I think it's a website fix...
I agree the TB print is duplicated, although it looks much better than the 1-page web print. If you select the part of the message you want printed in the email, and then print, does it still print on 2 pages? TB by default prints just the selected portion of a message.
If you print the message from the gmail website, does it make any difference? That might indicate if it's a problem with sending the info from the website to email, or a problem with TB printing.
