Hi !
You could try and opt out of the HTML5 Player and use Flash (set it to 'Allow' on that website).
Hi , yup tried that one still same :( Videos only play correctly on non HTML5 sites
Bummer !
Would yyou go to this test page, to see if HTML5 is checked :
Also : if you have adBlock Plus 2.9 installed : it has been reported to cause problems ........
It's advised to disable/remove adBlock Plus and use uBlock Origin instead :
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/
But your problem may not be related, though (just a stab in the dark).
Thanks @happy112 :) Yes HTML5 is suported and used where possible , it says as for adblock , i have aready done that and am using adblock origin Forcing BBC to use flash player it still not playing correctly ?
But the BBC plays 100% in Chrome
Another stab in the dark : Have you allowed cookies for the BBC sites ?
3-bar menu => click the 'i' in a circle (left side of the address bar), then click on the little black arrow. Click => More Information => Permissions and scroll down to 'Set Cookies'
One more thing to try :
3-bar menu => Options => Privacy
Under 'History' => 'clear your recent history'
Check 'Cache' only !
Time range to clear : 'Everything'
Happy 112 :) yes done that one now No improvement

Only one thing I can think of now :
If you have any security or anti-virus software installed, would you disable it and see if that makes a difference ?
I have MS defender and Malwarebytes , neither on auto scan . On demand scan only
You have done just about everything one could think of and quite frankly : I'm running all out of ideas .......
How about this :
