I'm trying to move a sub-subfolder within my inbox to another subfolder. Sometimes I can do this without any issues, then other times I can't do it at all. When it doesn't work either nothing happens (I'm dragging folders to no avail) or I get the following error: "The current command did not succeed. The mail server for account [email protected] responded: [CANNOT] Renaming not supported across conflicting directory permissions (0.000 + 0.000 secs). " I've tried creating a new subfolder in the location I require it, then transferring the emails to the new folder. However I then cannot delete that same original folder that won't budge. Can someone shed any light on this?
