no longer have a + sign next to an existing tab
Somehow the + sign to create a new tab has moved from next to the existin tab to the right side of the page. How do I move it back to where it was

Open the Customize mode (from the 3-bar Menu button) and use Restore Defaults, at the bottom to the right of center.
