The file is already on box.com, but from inside Thunderbird, I can't find a way to attach it to a specific email. It works if the file is on my computer however. Seems I need to upload it each time.

I don't think it works like Gmail or Outlook.com, where you can attach files already stored in Drive or OneDrive. In this case, you will have to copy a 'sharing' link from Box and send it in an email.

If you have already sent a file with Filelink via Box in TB, can you send the same file again by right-clicking the sent message, Edit As New Message, without uploading again?
