Hello everyone, I am getting a Fatal Error (KERNEL32.dll) when I try to launch Skype. I've searched on Google to fix my problem and most of the site says that it's because my installation of Windows XP isn't running the most recent Service Pack (SP3) from Microsoft. Now I have to upgrade my service pack, but I heard that there's no sp3 for a 64-bit version of windows. My computer is running a 32-bit version of windows XP and I have service pack 2. Can I upgrade my service pack? It would be great if someone tells me step by step that how can I upgrade my service pack. Thanks.
