I only have this problem on one website. - Photobucket - If I'm looking through individual pictures, the back button works and goes back to the previous picture. But when I'm at a picture and click the back button to go back to the previous album page, (the page that contains the thumbnails of all the pics) then I have to click it twice. It's getting very annoying...

It's been happening for multiple months, (if not a year) and started when they did an upgrade to their site. No problems when using IE. It's only with Firefox and does it on both of my computers that use different versions and settings. Yes, one is the latest version of FF and no, it's not the add-ons.

I wrote Photobucket support and they blamed Firefox. But I don't see how, considering they are the only website it happens with. SO... Is it a Photobucket problem and they're too lazy to fix it? Or is a Firefox bug really to blame?

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.
