conflict with therapy apppintment and not being able to upload documents into TA with Firefox
Help! I am a therapist. I am trying to upload my patient documents into my patient info system of therapy appointment and I cannot. TA tells me it is a firefox problem and firefox help notes tell me it is a TLS handshake problem. Please help me use psychselect.com Therapy appointment again!
I cannot upload a screen shot because it says the file is too large. geez

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

The size limit for a screenshot is about 1 MB.
You can try to zoom out the page before taking the screenshot or use an image editor to crop the screenshot and remove unimportant content.
