ok, so I'm not sure whats going on... the audio for Firefox just stopped working after my computer restart... the audio is fine in windows audio mixer. no tabs are muted. the audio works fine in other applications such as spotify and other web browsers so it seems to be a problem pertaining specifically to Firefox...

so far ive tried:

Refreshing Firefox, Clean Firefox reinstall, Downgrading to older versions, Restarting my pc, Running Firefox in safe mode, Trying different audio outputs (such as audio jack, usb, etc)

the problem still persists... ive been forced to use chrome to watch youtube videos because of this... its a little frustrating... any ideas?

Heads-up, Windows fix has reached mainline as of build 17073

So no workaround patch will be needed in Firefox 52 ESR and 57.0
